cash to CPIO/APIO or by means of DD/Bankers Cheque
No reasons need be quoted for such
requests

or the official language of the area in which the application is made
If the applicant is unable to put his
request in writing, the CPIO/APIO will render assistance to translate
the oral request into writing
For requests for documents, floppies
containing information etc., additional fee as prescribed has to be
remitted
Applicant has the right to appeal
against the decision of the CPIO. First appeal lies with the Appellate
Authority viz., CDA Chennai and the next with the Central Information
Commissioner.
